摘要：创新意识和研究能力的培养是医学本科教育的重要组成部分，通过让学生参与科研，将有利于培养研究型人才，使教、学、研一体化，促进学科发展。本研究旨在探索作为地方性本科院校，如何结合实际和客观条件开展医学本科生科研创新活动，并针对取得的经验进行总结。

Abstract: As the development of medical education, innovative ability has been an important part of medical undergraduate course．Students＇ participation in scientific research is helpful to cultivate the research talents，to integrate the teaching，study and to promote the subject development．This article summarized our experience of undergraduate‘s participation in scientific research in a local medical school．
