CIMS简介

什么是CIMS?它是英语Computer Integrated Manufacturing Systen的缩写,意思是计算机集成制造系统。它是随着计算机辅助设计与制造的发展而产生的。它是在信息技术自动化技术与制造的基础上,通过计算机技术把分散在产品设计棗制造过程中各种孤立的自动化子系统有机地集成起来,形成适用于多品种、小批量生产,实现整体效益的集成化和智能化制造系统。集成化反映了自动化的广度,它把系统的范围扩展到了市场预测、产品设计、加工制造、检验、销售及售后服务等的全过程。智能化则体现了自动化的深度,它不仅涉及物资流控制的传统体力劳动自动化,还包括信息流控制的脑力劳动的自动化。

当前,我国的CIMS已经改变为“现代集成制造(Contemporary Integrated Manufacturing)与现代集成制造系统(Contemporary Integrated Manufacturing System)”。它已在广度与深度上拓展了原CIM/CIMS的内涵。其中,“现代”的含义是计算机化、信息化、智能化。“集成”有更广泛的内容,它包括信息集成、过程集成及企业间集成等三个阶段的集成优化;企业活动中三要素及三流的集成优化;CIMS有关技术的集成优化及各类人员的集成优化等。

The Strategy and Frame of Contemporary Integrated Manufacturing System

Abstract: Recent years the new advanced manufacturing technologies(AMTs) are developed rapidly. In this paper, we analyzed contemporary integrated manufacturing system(CIMS) technology and the relation between CIMS and the other AMTs according to Chinese conditions. We proposed the system frame and some developing strategies of CIMS that will be beneficial to our manufacturing sector for development of AMT in China.

  摘要 提出一种基于FMS生产调度与控制的零件动态工艺模型。该模型由零件加工工序和各个工序之间的约束关系描述两部分组成,去掉了传统人为的加工顺序约束,易于与生产调度控制系统集成,能充分发挥FMS生产调度柔性的特点,为FMS优化生产调度的实现提供一条较好的途径。

Abstract: In thia paper adynamic process model of part is built based on the sceduling and controlling for FMS. It is composed of the processes(include the alternative processes)description and the constraint relationships among these processes.The model can celstraditional man-made constrains among processes, and can bring the flexibility to be integrated with production and sceduling system, so it provide a good method for optimal production and sceduling for FMS.

摘要 提出虚拟工序队列的概念,并在此基础上提出一种基于静态零件分批(静态调度)的FMS动态生产调度方法,该算法充分考虑到FMS的系统资源限制及零件运输等环节,能较好地解决生产调度中的设备负荷平衡、系统紧急事件发生(如机床故障、新零件加入等)、可替代加工工序等问题,且易于实现,具有较广泛的适应性。

Dynamic Scheduling Based on Virtual Operation Queue of Part for FMSs

  Abstract: In this paper a concept of Virtual Operation Queue of part is proposed, a dynamic production scheduling algorithm is presented based on static batching of FMSs. The restricts of manufacturing resources, influence of part handling system and some emergency events (e.g. machine breakdown, rush order joining etc.), alternative operations, etc. are considered in the algorithm. The algorithm is easy to be realized, and can be applied to dynamic scheduling for most types of FMSs, which have one or more AGVs and have linear or loop layout.

摘要:针对柔性自动化生产环境下实施统计质量控制(SQCStatistical Quality Control)的难点-质量数据不足的问题,本研究将成组思想引入统计质量控制,以提高质量数据的先验性和质量数据之间的相关关系,提出了基于工序质量数据成组的成组统计质量控制(GSQC-Group Statistical Quality Control)技术。通过对柔性自动化理论的研究和对实际生产环境的分析,证明了GSQC技术存在良好的制造技术基础。提出了以p分位数不变为原则,以这一原则为基础建立了基于统计变换的成组统计质量控制图的数学模型,给出了计算工序质量数据成组的均值-方差质量控制图控制变量的计算过程。

Flexible Automation Oriented Group Statistical Quality Control

 Abstract Insufficient quality data is the main characteristic of implementing the statistical quality control in flexible automation environment, aimed at this characteristic this paper introduce the group technology to statistical quality control for enhance the apriority of quality data and bring forward the group statistical quality control technology. The manufacturing base of GSQC was studied. Then the no-variance of p-fractile method was proposed, based on this math model of GSQC was studied. Based on the basic math method the process grouped mean-variant control chart was studed.

摘要:本文在分析先进制造技术(AMT)环境下实施统计过程质量控制技术的发展现状的同时,讨论了将统计过程质量控制(SPQC)技术应用于先进制造环境下所存在的问题。根据所提出的问题,研究了面向先进制造环境,基于等效工序能力的统计过程质量控制方法;开发了基于前馈型BP神经网络的加工过程异常模式自动识别软件。

Stasitical Process Quality Control Based on AMT

Abstract:In this paper, the development of Statistical Process Quality Control in AMT is analyzed and the existent problem of applicated SPQC in AMT is discussed. Then according to the problem, the SPQC for low volume production module is proposed. The error pattern automatic distinction technology is also presented by using BP model neural network.

摘要 :针对柔性制造工作站的特点提出的工作站控制器模型。为了实现工作站控制器控制代码的自动生成 ,提出了规范化Petri网的概念 ,并建立了工作站控制器的SPN模型与对象模型、SPN模型与PLC的梯形图代码之间的映射规则与方法 ,从而较好地解决了工作站控制器控制代码的自动生成问题。

Abstract: Based on analysis of the flexible manufacturing workstations and the defined Standardized PetriNet(SPN), this paper develops a control mode, and constructs the mapping between SPN and comtrol model as well as between SPN and PLC/LD(Programmer Logic Contoller/Ladder Diagram) model of flexible manufacturing workstations. The methods presented in the paper solve the problem of automatically generation control codes for Mamufacturing Cells.

摘要结合某企业的CIMS工程项目,提出了产品数据管理平台上的CAPP和生产计划与控制的集成模型,它利用PDM中面向产品对象的企业流程模型思想,把系统的功能分成5个集成单元,并对各个集成单元的任务模型进行了分析和描述。

The Integrated of CAPP and PPC on PDM Platform and Its Realization

Abstract: This paper,  combined with the CIMS application project in one enterprise, presents an integrated model of Computer Aided Process Planning and Product Planning & Control based on Product Data Management plantform. Using the thought of Object-Oriented Enterprise Process Model in PDM, the integrated model is divided into five integrated entities. The task model of every integrated entity is analysed and described in this paper.
