教学模式改革与学生创新能力培养

摘 要： 结合《机械设计基础》教学过程中采取的具体措施，介绍改革教学模式及考核方式， 对于提高学生学习兴趣和运用知识的能力、以及培养学生创新能力及团队协作精神所产生的影 响、作用和效果。指出目前课程体系和教学培养计划与创新人才培养的不协调之处。

Reform of teaching mode and training of innovation ability of students

Abstract Combining with teaching of “theory and elements of mechanisms and machine”, this paper introduces the reforms of the teaching mode and methods of appraising the ability of students, its effects for enhancing study interest and ability to use knowledge as well as for cultivating innovation ability and team spirit of students. Besides，the paper points out that currently courses system and teaching plans are not harmonious to train innovators and inventors.
