CALL FOR INVITED SESSIONS
Authors are encouraged to organize a session in topics relevant to the Conference. Interested session organizers are requested to submit a proposal, including the title of the session, title of papers, and a list of participating authors and their affiliation, by October 31, 2003 to janghhk@cheju.ac.kr.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

address, telephone and fax numbers.
? After receipt of the acceptance of the abstract, send full papers to the same address above

第五届全球智能控制与自动化大会（WCICA’04）将于2004年6月在杭州召开。大会热忱欢迎广大同行踊跃投稿，录用的论文将由正式出版社出版论文集（附带光盘），并成为国际重要检索机构EI、ISTP、INSPEC等的检索源。
一、征稿范围
1、理论与方法（P1）
P1-1控制理论:P1-1-1系统理论与控制理论；P1-1-2非线性系统分析；P1-1-3大系统理论；P1-1-3建模、辨识、估计与优化。
P1-2控制方法:P1-2-1先进控制（自适应、变结构、鲁棒、H∞）；P1-2-2优化控制；P1-2-3非线性控制；P1-2-4故障诊断。
P1-3智能控制:P1-3-1人工智能与专家系统；P1-3-2神经网络；P1-3-3模糊算法、遗传算法、进化算法；P1-3-4智能控制、模糊控制、学习控制。
2、应用（P2）
P2-1过程系统工程:P2-1-1现代集成制造系统；P2-1-2智能调度与生产计划、智能信息处理；P2-1-3企业资源计划ERP与生产执行系统MES；P2-1-4仿真与控制系统CAD；P2-1-5工业过程建模、控制与优化；P2-1-6传感、测量与仪器仪表。
P2-2运动控制
P2-3智能机器人
P2-4专用系统工程:P2-4-1电力系统；P2-4-2人机系统；P2-4-3智能交通系统；P2-4-4环境与生物系统；P2-4-4智能建筑系统。
P2-5航天航空应用系统
P2-6其它各种应用系统
二、征稿要求
请投稿者提交用中文或英文书写的论文一式3份，并在首页中注明论文题目、作者姓名和单位、联系人的详细通讯地址（包括电话（办、宅）、传真和E-mail）、摘要、3～5个关键词，并注明所属的征文领域及编号（如有关智能建筑系统的论文请注明：P2-4-4）。
大会特别欢迎专题分会的建议，建议包括分会主题、分会组织者介绍、至少5个报告者的名单及其论文题目，并按前面要求提交相关论文的全文。

The International Society for Productivity Enhancement has sponsored the Concurrent Engineering series of conferences for the past 10 years. ISPE is pleased to announce its 11th conference CE2004 to be held July 26-30 in Beijing, China. CE2004 will bring together several hundred researchers and practitioners from around the world—Asia, Europe, America, Africa, and Australia—to discuss current advances, issues, and case studies in key technical areas of CE. The main theme of this conference is the Worldwide Concurrent Grid of Engineering Resources. The conference will include workshops, panel discussions, keynote addresses, and exhibitions.
