2011 International Conference on Engineering and Information Management (ICEIM 2011) will be held in Chengdu, China during April 15-17, 2011. The aim objective of ICEIM 2011 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Engineering and Information Management. Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers (.pdf, .doc) will be accepted? by Electronic Submission System or by Email iceim@iacsit.org. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.

ICDIP 2009和ICDIP 2010分别在曼谷，泰国和新加坡成功召开。基于前两届的成功，2011年第三届数字图像处理国际会议（ICDIP 2011）将于2011年4月15日至17日在中国，成都召开。大会致力于为以图像程序、图像采集和图像处理等领域的专家和学者提供一个学术交流与建立友谊的平台，会议旨在加强交流、促进合作，使广大学者分享优秀的论文和成果，同共同探讨近来数字图像处理等领域的新技术和新应用。
ICDIP 2011 will be held during April 15-17, 2011 in Chengdu, China. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in Physics Science and Technology. Another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working in India and abroad. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in Physics Science and Technology and related areas.

ICDIP 2011会议论文集将由 SPIE出版， 将被Ei Compendex和ISTP 全文检索。
All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceeding by SPIE, which will be indexed by Ei Compendex and Thomson ISI.

ICCCD 2011 will be held during April 1-3, 2011, in Bali Island, Indonesia. The aim of the ICCCD conference series is to provide a forum for laying the foundations of a new principled approach to Computer and Communication Devices. To this end, the meeting aims to attract participants with different backgrounds, to foster cross-pollination between different research fields, and to expose and discuss innovative theories, frameworks, methodologies, tools, and applications.
